what parents are saying
Nicole was an outstanding sleep consultant. She provided sound, compassionate guidance and a great deal of invaluable education. I felt an instant sense of confidence in what she shared and quickly found myself comfortable with deferring to her wisdom. When we struggled with implementing her recommendations, her responses were kind and non-judgmental. She took the lead in directing us, yet followed our lead in terms of readiness to take various steps. I appreciated how much she seemed to tailor her recommendations as she learned more about me, my husband, and my son. That was particularly impressive; she seemed to really “get him” and adjusted her recommendations based on what she was learning about his personality and needs–and about my needs, as well! I highly recommend her!
Wendy, Son Kai 7 Months
Nicole is an amazing source of information and support and as a mom herself she really understands the conflict of wanting to comfort your crying baby but also wanting to teach them how to sleep for the benefit of everyone in the family. She worked with our individual situation. We have a 1-bedroom apartment and we were reluctant to do cry it out. With Nicole’s guidance our daughter is now sleeping through the night and is napping at least an hour to an hour and a half in the morning and in the afternoon. Now that she’s sleeping and has more of a routine she’s happier when she’s awake and it’s easier to figure out what is wrong when she gets fussy. We can’t thank Nicole enough for taking the time to explain everything remotely relevant to babies and sleep and for talking us off the sleep deprivation ledge that we often found ourselves standing on.
